Custom Pet Portraits
I will paint a custom portrait of your pet from your favorite digital photo. You can pick from popular sizes or have me quote a custom size.
Consider the quality of the photo(s) you submit. The better the photo, the better your final product. Can I see all parts of the pet that are to be included? Are both ears in the picture, for example?
If you have background color choices , please let me know. I'm happy to choose a color that I think looks nice, but if you have a preference, let me know. It's your choice after all.

how it all works
First things first! Get me a good picture or pictures to work from. I need to be able to see it clearly, and it should be a good representation of the pet. If you love the pose in a picture but know that it doesn't represent the colors well, send me the pose you like and also include a pic that has the right colors.
available sizes
The paintings are on 1.5" thick cradled birch panels. If you prefer traditional canvas, just let me know. Most sizes can also be done on gallery wrapped canvas. There is no price difference. The most common sizes are: 8" square 95.00, 8x10 or 10x10- 110.00, 12 x 12 or 9x12-125. These are prices for one pet. Multiples are possible, but we need to talk about size and cost.
special requests
I like to say that I can paint whatever you would like in whatever size you would like. In the decades I've been doing this sort of thing, I've definitely covered a lot of special requests. Just reach out and let me know what you are thinking, and I'd love to bring your idea to life.

I CANNOT ACCEPT ORDERS WITHOUT PICTURES DELIVERED TO ABOVE EMAIL FROM A VALID EMAIL.
INCLUDE: your pictures, the size you are interested in. Let me know if you have a background color preference.
Please include the shipping address when you order.
time frame
General time is 8 weeks. If you have a deadline, please ask. Many times I can accommodate special requests. Holiday time frames may be different. If there is a holiday deadline, I'll post in plenty of time. (I hope)
terms
Preferred methods are Venmo or Zelle but we can make other arrangements if you HAVE to. Your request is our contract. Thanks so much! I look forward to making a portrait for you.
